Why Interactive Communications Ltd was founded
Interactive Communications Ltd was set up in 2005 by husband and wife team, Carl and Jayne Tyler. Carl had over 25 years’ experience in selling communications to the transport sector and Jayne is a Chartered Management Accountant who had, at that point, worked in retail and industry for over 20 years.
Their vision from inception was to provide a plain speaking, transparent and honest approach to doing business. Their belief has always been that any company is only as strong as the sum of its satisfied, loyal customer base, and for this reason you’ll discover we will never hesitate to go the extra mile to ensure a happy customer.
What happened next…
The business quickly went from strength to strength, aided by a growing reputation for offering sound advice, the best technology and good value for money. We have always gained a lot of business from word-of-mouth and recommendations and because we look after our customers we also have a high retention rate. In fact our largest customer has been happily with us from day one.
We are very proud of the client base we have built since the company’s formation and have always maintained a strong customer focus throughout the business. We pride ourselves on our honest and down to earth approach.
Sadly Carl passed away suddenly and unexpectedly in July 2013 which was devastating for everyone who knew him. Carl was a larger than life character with a heart of gold, who had earned the genuine respect of his colleagues, customers and suppliers alike.
As a team we are determined to continue with Carl’s vision for the business, delivering on our promises and providing real value for money. We will embrace Carl’s passion and enthusiasm to ensure the future success of the Company within the Telematics Industry.
